Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods & Rates
Nationwide Shipping (SA): We use Aramex for reliable, tracked delivery.
Rate: We use weight to determine the cost of shipping. (An Aramex bag can hold approximately 1kg of product)
2. Delivery Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed and made within 5 - 7 business days.
Shipping Time: Generally 2-5 working days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.
3. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Track orders directly through the courier’s website or via our automated tracking system
4. International Shipping
We currently do NOT offer shipping outside of the boarders of South Africa.
5. Damages, Lost Items, and Returns
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the product.
Lost Parcels: If a parcel is not received within the expected timeframe, we will initiate a trace with the courier.
Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
6. Restricted Items
We do not ship illegal substances, weapons, or items prohibited by local couriers (e.g., cash, hazardous materials)
